What dictionary does Words With Friends use?
Words With Friends uses the ENABLE word list. This tool searches ENABLE, not the Scrabble TWL06 or SOWPODS lists, so the results can differ from a Scrabble word finder.
Are Words With Friends scores different from Scrabble?
Yes. WWF has different tile values, and a seven-letter bingo adds 35 points instead of Scrabble's 50. For example, RETINAS scores 43 in WWF (8 base points + 35 bingo) versus 57 in Scrabble.
Can I use blank tiles?
Yes. Type ? for each blank tile. The blank itself scores 0, but it still lets you use a letter you do not have.
Why do I see only 200 words?
Most racks return fewer than 200 words. If your rack returns more, the highest-scoring 200 are shown; add a length or letter filter to narrow the list.
